Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide full-time care for a patient residing in Cicero, Indiana. This is a consistent Monday–Friday day shift position offering stability and meaningful one-on-one care.
Responsibilities
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):
- Bathing, grooming, dressing
- Toileting and hygiene care
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs):
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Laundry
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the supervising RN
- Ensure infection prevention and safety practices
- Support Fall Prevention Strategies
- Maintain accurate documentation per the Agency standards
Qualifications
- Active HHA or CNA certification (Indiana)
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED
- Current TB test
- Must pass criminal background check
- Reliable transportation
- Professional, compassionate, and dependable
